Beware! It's Friday the 13th, and Halloween is right around the corner. Get in the mood for the holiday with frightful stories told by master storyteller Simon Brooks.

 Not for the young at heart! 

Put the young children to bed, leave the sitter in charge and as the wind blows against the panes and shutters rattle, head over to Peabody Library, Post Mills, Vermont - the oldest library building in the state. Peabody Library has a ghost story of its own!  Storyteller Simon Brooks will be telling tales for the community, beginning with not so frightening tales and making them more scary throughout the evening - in case you reach your limit - wa ha haa.

This family event is not for very young children or those who don't like scary stories!
